SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOWN ALL N~N BY THESE PRESENTS: That HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION ~
a Florida Corporation, p};ilip G. Nourse and Mortimer A. Beck °

the owners by assignment and holders of a certain mortgage deed
executed by: Eugene Smith and Reatha Mae Smith, his wife
to Harris Construction Corporation . bearing date
the 24th day of December A.D. 19 69, recorded in Official REcord
Book 181 , at page 2920 , in the office of the Clerk of the
_Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain
note in the principal sum of $ 1,7u2,64 and certa3n promises
and obligations set forth in the aforesaid mortgage, hereby acknowledge
full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage ~.eed, and
surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of said
Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
