J. SHELTON, DECEASED, party of the first part, to O. C. THOMPSON,

WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, ANNE B. IVERSON,
on the 5th day of April, 1974, by Petition applied to the Circuit
Judge of the Probate Division in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
for authority to distribute certain real estate in said County
hereinafter described, averring it is necessary and expedient
to distribute the same and also each and every jurisdictional
fact; and the prayer in said Petition having appeared to and
found by said Judge to be reasonable and just and said Petition
- true and the distribution to the best interest of said estate,
said Court rendered the Order dated the 5th day of April, 1974,
directing said party of the first part to distribute the said
;r~ real estate in accordance with.the terms of the Will, and ordered '
said.party of the first part to execute the deed to said party -
of the second part of the real estate herein.

; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said

~ party of the first part hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens,
~ remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party of

~ the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever, said ;
