This cause came on for hearing before the Court on Monday,
April 7, 1975, on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiffs'
Amended Complaint and the Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery.
The Court having heard oral argument of counsel and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED & ADJUDGED:
1. The Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is denied. Said
Defendants shall have twentv (20) days from thP date of this Order
within which to file their answer to the Plaintiffs' Amended ~

2. The Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discover_y is t
qranted in part and denied in part. More particularly, the Defen-
~ dants shall, within twenty (20)days of the date of this Order, be

E required to answer more particularly interrogatories 8(d),9 and 19.

} However, with respect to interrogatories 8, 8(a), 8(b), 8(c), 8(e),

~ 15(a) through (d), 17 and 20(a), the Motion to Compel Discovery is
denied.
