COUNTY OF DADE:
Before me the undersiqned authority this day personally
appeared EVELYN I. HESTER, who being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the widow of JAMES L. HESTER, who died c~n
January 31, 1957; that your Affiant and her late husband
owned as an Estate by the Entireties an individed
interest in the following described property lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 34 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. That your Affiant and her above described husband were
continuously married each to the other without interrup- -
tion from the time they took title to said property on
July 30, 1956 to the date of his death on January 31,
1957 and that James L. Hester died a resident of the
County of Dade, State of Florida.
3. This Affidavit is given in connection with the sale of
said property to Augustine J. Crocco and William Crocco.
