representatives or assigns, shall pay unto the Mortgagee, their
heirs, legal representatives or assigns, the Note, a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and shall perform,
comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, agree-
ments, conditions and covenants of the Note and of this mortgaye
deed, ("Mortgage"),then this Mortgage and the estate hereby '
created shall cease and be null and void. ;
