~~herever the Mortgagee is in this instrument given the
option to accelerate the maturity of the mortgage debt, the '
Mortgagee, to the extent permitted by law, may do so without
notice or demand to or from the Mortgagor, except as otherwise
specifically provided herein. ;
8. To the extent permitted by law, the rights and remedies
provided for here~.n,or which the Mortgagee may otherwise have,
(including but not limited to the right to damages by reason
of the Mortgagor's failure to.keep, observe and perform any of k
the covenants, conditions or agreements contained in this
Mortgage) shall be distinct, separate and cumulative, shall not
be deemed to be inconsistent with each other, and none of them,
whether or not exercised by the Mortgagee, shall be deemed to
be an exclusion of any other, and any two or more or all such
rights and remedies may be exercieed at the same time.
In the event that the Mortgager wishes to sell, convey or
otherwise transfer the Property, neither the sale, conveyance or
transfer may be made unless and until this Mortgage is satisfied
in full and all principal sums due under the terms of the Note,
together with all accrued interest, and sums due under th~e terms
of this Mortgage, shall have been paid in full, unless the Mort-
gagee shall otherwise consent in writing to said sale, conveyance
or transfer.
1Q. h'herever, in this Mortgage or in the Note, reference is made
ta "Mortgagor", that term shall include all persons named herein
as Mortgagors and who execute this yortgage and the Note.
