or otherwise transfer the property, neither the sale, conveyance
or transfer may be made unless and until this ~~ortgage is satis-
fied in full and all principal sums due under the tern~s of tr.e
Note, together cvith all accrued interest, and sums due under the
terms of this Mortgage, shall have been paid in full, unless the
~iortgagee shall otherwise consent in writing to said sale,
conveyance or transfer.
10. Whenever in this Mortgage or in the Note, reference is
made to "Mortgagor", that term shall include all persons n~?«ed
herein as mortgagors and who execute this Mortgage and-the vote.
