1. That to secure said Future Advance the Mortgagors have ~

this date executed in fsvor of the Mortgagee a Note in the amount ~
of ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($105,000.00) with interest ;

at TWELVE AND ONE-HALF (12~96) PERCENT per annum variable, interest
payal~le quarterly and principal and accrued interest due on or before
March 28, 1977.
~ 2. That the said Note is secured by the Mortgage aforesaid
recorded in Official Reeord Book 225, Page 1039, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the lien of said Mortgage upon
the real property described in said Mortgage is increased and ex-
tended to include the said additional advance of ONE HUNDRED FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($105,000.00)
3. That the Future Advance instruments heretofore referred
to in Official Record Book 229, Page 1272, Official Record Book 232,
Page 2121, and Official Record Book 243, Page 1699, are hereby cor-
rected in Paragraph one (1) of each said instrument to refer to the
original Mortgage as having been recorded on March 28, 1974 instead
of March 22, 1974, in Official Record Book 225, Page 1039, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
