VILLIIGC OF IiUTCHIt~SOP7 ISLA2~D is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiu:n as ~o the condominium in which }iis unit is located and ~xhibi~s attaclied thereto, including but not limited to (~•~hether the sar:ie arc attached to the Ueclaration or referred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and ReguZations, copy of projected onerating budget, cony of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purcl:~sed by Purchaser, and all Amendments to tl~e aforesaid Declaratiori and Exhibits and the~ Articles of Incorporation, IIy-Lc.~iJS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the I'roperty Oc•~ners' Association; and Purchaser further ackno~aledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its EkhiUits, and budget, sales brochure and floor pl.an, . and ac}:nowle~ges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- minium property and is in t}ie best interests and f or the benef it of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc~ners oF parcels iii the aforedescribed Condom?nium covenant and agree to abide by each and ~ every provision o~ said Declaratio*~ of Condominium and Exhibits ; attached thereto.
