depose and eay as lollows:
1. Your A!liant and Altiant'e epouse are the ownere
in fee simple, as an estate by the entirety, o! the lollowing des-
cribed property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
East Quarter (E 1/4) of the East Half (E1/2)of the South-
west Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of Section 7, Township 35 South, ~ange 39 East, exeepting
therefrom, right of way for public roads and drainage
canals and utility easements, containing (5) acres
more or less; said land situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Your Afiiant and Ailiant's spouse acquired title to
said property by deed recorded November 20, 1971 in the Public
Records ot the County wherein said lands are situate. Your Alfiant
and said spouse ~rere married to each other on September 26, 1957 ,
which is prior to the date oi said deed, and theq have remained
married to each other continuously eince that time.
