Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 2r of this :~lortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be rnnstrued to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, L,ender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
Sate of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borro~ver. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon,

At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Nortgage, not including sums advanced }
