LUCIE and AETNA LIFE & CASUALTY. i ~ ; A hearing was held before the Court on Monday, April 7, ; 1975 on all the above listed motions. The Court having heard all ~ i Y 1 ~ argument of respective counsel and being otherwise fully advised 3 ~ in the premises, it is thereupon ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: i ~ l. The motion of Defendant GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP. ' < ~ for protective order is granted in part, in that said Defendant ~ ~ , ~ ~ shall only be required to produce copies of its annual reports : f ~ showing net worth of said corporation. _ ± „ . ~ 2. The motion of Defendant GE~IERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP. ; e ; to file a third party complaint against ANDRA MERITT DAVISON on an ~ Y5 indemnification theory is hereby granted.
