personal representative of the Estate of Paul Landis -

c) Motion to dismiss filed by Defendants CITY OF PORT
ST. LUCIE and AETNA LIFE & CASUALTY.

; A hearing was held before the Court on Monday, April 7,
; 1975 on all the above listed motions. The Court having heard all ~

~ argument of respective counsel and being otherwise fully advised 3
~ in the premises, it is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: i

~ for protective order is granted in part, in that said Defendant ~

~ shall only be required to produce copies of its annual reports :
