In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which i/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement fo~ the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transfo~mer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across mY/our prop rty desc~ibed

Fram the intersection of the West right-of-way line of Angle Road and the north right-of-
way line of Orange Avenue in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run thence Northwesterly along the West line of the right-of-way of Angle
Road 210 feet; thence West parallel to the North right-of-way line of Orange Avenue
260 feet for point of beginning; fram said point of beginning, run West parallel to the
North right-of-way line of Orange Avenue 134.74 feet; thence run Southerly to a point
on the North right-of-way Iine ~f Orange Avenue, which is 487.02 feet West of said
; intersection of the West line of Angle Road and the North line of Orange Avenue; thence
