April 8, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 172, Page 419.
Ail of the above as shown in Warranty Deeds, in O.R. Book 226,
page 1743, and O.R. Book 227, page 761, Public Records of ~
St. I.ucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent
to and parallel with the North right=of-way of Orange Avenue
as it now exists. f
