In consideration of the payment to us by rlbrida Power 8 Light Company of $1. 00
and other good and valuable considei•ation which we have received, we and tbuse holding
through us, grant and give to Florida Power & Light Company and its successors and
assigns an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility
facilities on poles to be installed from time to time immed~ately adjacent to the north
right of way line of State R,oad 68 as now located; also to cut, trim and keep clear all
trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions that might endanger or interfere
with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across our property described as
follows;
That part of the l~orth St. Lucie Water Management District Canal #4
Right-of-Way, as shown on the Plat of Wilbuwe Subdivision, according
i to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 24, Public Records of St.
- Lucie County, Florida, and marked, "not a part of this plat - ditch
' right-of-way"; being the North 10 feet lying within 50 feet of the South
boundary of SW4 of NW4 of Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 40
East; said South boundary pf the SW4 of the NW4 being the centerline
of State R,oad 68 (Orange Avenue Extension) as it now exists. }
; ALSO; The North 10 feet of the South 50 feet of the SW4 of the NE4 of Section
