Florida 33540, Lienor and holder of a certain Claim of
Lien filed by it against MEL SEMBLER, whose address is 2600
9th Street, No., Suite 402, St. Petersburg, Florida 33704,
bearing date of March 28, 1975, and recorded in Official
Record Book 237, page 2999, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida claiming a lien in the armunt of $10,536.00,
