the "Mortgagor"), and LITHO FUND EQUITIES, INC., a New York
corporation, with offices c/o Robinson, Silverman, Pearce,
Aronsohn, Sand & Berman, Esqs., 230 Park Avenue, New York,
New York 10017 (hereinafter the "Mortgagee").
