ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE
The undersigned, GRAY DRUG STORES, INC., with offices at
;~666 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 who is the tenant under that t
~~certain lease made by ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a jo~int venture, as landlord, to
~GRAY DRUG STORES, INC., as tenant, dated August 1, 1973, (the "Lease"),
~;said Lease having been amended in certain respects by First Amendment to r
~iLease dated April 17, 1974, and First Supplement to Lease dated February 20,
~~1975, covering the store premises ~201 located ir. the City of Port St. Lucie,
•County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more fully described in the Lease,
does hereby certify as follows:
, 1. The Lease is unmodified except as stated above and is in
full force and effect.

i~ 2. The net rent and all other charges due under the Lease have y
- been paid to and including the 30th day of April, 1975.
~ 3. The I.~ndlord to the best of the undersigned's knowledge is ~
;i not in default in the performance of any covenant, agreement

~ or condition contained in the Lease.
4. The initial teran of Lease commenced on the lst day of February, s
1975 and terminates on the 31st day of January, 1995.

` S. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge the undersigned

; has no right to terminate the Lease by reason of the Landlord's

~ ' default in complyir?g with or perfoming any of the terms or , ~

~ conditions of the Lease or because of the occurrence or non- ~
~ occurrence of any events described in the Lease; it is under-

' ~ stood, however, that nothing herein contained shall act as a
waiver of any of the rights that the undersigned has under the
~ • Lease, nor as a waiver of any of the duties or obligations of i

~ the Landlord under said Lease.
