Sr THIS ACREII~NT made this~ day of , 19'f5, by and bet~reen FEISNER BROTHER9, IRC., a Nev York Corporation, having an office located at 49 East Avenue, Rochester, Nev York 14604 (hereinafter referrtd to as "Tenant"), and LITHO FVND EQUITIES, IHC., a Net+ York Corporation, ha~ving an office c/o Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Snnd & Berman, 230 Park Avenue, Nev York, New York (hereinafter referred to as the "fl~nd"). W I T A E S S E T H: WHEREAS, Tenant did heretofore enter into a~rritten Agreement of Lease dated August 29, 19T3 (hereinafter rePerred to as the "I?ease") said I.ease having been amended in certain repsects by a aodit'ying Agre~ent dated March 14, 1974, with ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a Joint Venture of Idelvin F. Sembler, Fred A. Beshara, individually and as Trustee, Albert L.
