shall not make any clgim for such prepa~yment should the Fund, its agents,
receivers, or a~r other party exercise its right to the collection of rents,
or in ar~y ve~y become entitled to said rents.
6. The terms of this Agreemeat shall be binding upon and inure
to the benefit of and be enforceable by the respective successors and assigns
of the parties hereto.
7. No modification, amendment, ~raiver or release of aqy provision
of this Agreement or o~ any right, obligation, claim or cause of action
arising hereunder, shall be valid or binding for any purpose Whatsoever, unless
in writing and duly executed by the party against whom the same is sought
to be asserted.
8. Rothing herein contained shall be deemed to modit~r any of the
provisions of the t~fortgage Deed or the obligations secured thereby.
9. Tenant shall give the I~nd vritten notice of any default by the
Landlord under the Lease, and the Fund shall have the opportunity, but not

Ii the obligation, to cure any such default Within thirty (30) days of receipt

~ of the Tenant not to terminate, cancel, surrender or otherwise modiPy the
