WHEREAS, Tenant did heretofore enter ?nto a written Agreement of Lease dated October 12, 1973, said lease having been amended in certain respects by First Amendment to Lease dated April 24, 1974, and by Second Amendment to ~ Lease daCed February 6, 1975, with ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a joint venture of Melvin F. Sembler, Fred A. Beshara, individually ~4\ and as trustee, Albert L. Dangler and Nicholas Manos (here- ~ f inafter referred to as "St. Lucie"), leasing certain prem- J ; ises in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, .
