ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on March 27, 1975, at 10:00
A.M., on Joycelyn J. Thomas'Motion for Enforcement of Child
Support and the parties hereto having reached an amicable settle-
ment and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That Frederick L. Su~erlin will deposit with the
Clerk of the Court $630.00 on or before March 28, 1975 to catch ~

up all arrears. ~
2. That Frederick L. Summerlin has had the custody of
Dale Marshall Summerlin with the consent of the wife since ,

i September 1, 1974. Since September l, 1974, the husband is ~

t obligated to pay $15.00 per week, per child for the two remaining
~
~ children with the wife. Said sum shall continue until the childr n
~ reach the age of majority. In addition thereto, Frederick L.
Summerlin shall continue paying $15.00 a week to the wife until t e ;
~ balance of the arrears ordered to be paid on May 30, 1974, are pa d;

~ in full. Each payment shall be made to the clerk o f t he Circuit
~ Court, and by remittance promptly paid to Joycelyn Jane Thomas.

~ In addition, theYe is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as a statut ry ~

~ cost to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. ~

~ 3. Joycelyn Jane Thomas shall have reasonable visitation ~
~
~ rights with Dale Marshall Sumnerlin. Such reasonable visitation ~
