the wife shall have the right to have the child one weekend
of every month. The wife shall be responsible for transporting
and all costs of transporting the child for visitations with the
wife. The wife shall have alternate holidays spent with Dale
Marshall Summerlin on the same schedule as the other children
of the marriage visit the husband.
4. The husband shall pay the wife's attorney, J. Michael
Brennan a reasonable attorney's fee of $50.00 for representation
in this action. ~
5. That all other provisions and conditions as set out in
the order dated May 30, 1974, shall remain in full force and
effect and the parties hereto are each required to abi~e by such
conditions and terms.
