~ ORDER ON HEARING FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on for hearing on temporary relief, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That temporary custody of the three children born of this

marriage is hereby awarded to the mother, subject to reasonable visi- ~
~
tation rights with the father, and the father has to pay $40.00 per ~
~
week for the support of the three children, said payment to be made {
to the mother.
2. The Husband is entitled to reside in the family homestead
located at 7901 Citrus Park Boulevard, Fort P~erce, Florida, until
further Order of the Court, and while so residing there is to maintain
said premises, and pay the mortgage payment, taxes, insurance and utili- f
ties thereon, and to refrain from molesting the Wife in any way, and
~ is further ordered not to consume any controlled substances or alcoholic
~ t
~ beverages so as to impair his normal faculties. ~

~ 3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from ~
~
~
~ interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. ~
