- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the

relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~

and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably f

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~

BOOTH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
_ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ;

the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
