This cause came on for trial the llth d~y of April, A.D., 1975,
and the Court having given f~ll consideration to all the evidence, finds and

determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and kife noW exists bet~reen the parties;
and that the marriage bet`reen the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED snd A.DrTUDGID as follo~rs :
1. The marriage betWeen PEGGY LOU BUTI~R and BRYAN BUTLER be
~ arid the same is hereby dissolved, and the pai•ties and each of them sre hereby
