FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the llth day of April, 1975 -
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and deteronines: This Court has jurisdictfon of the parties ~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. T~e marriage between WILLIAM ;
A. ROLLE and CATHERINE B. ROLLE be and the same is hereby dissolved,
;
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ~
~
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~
~
. ,
obligations arising therefrom.

2. Custody of William E. Rolle and Lavita L. Rolle, minor ~
i children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Catherine B. Rolle.
; Reasonable rights of visitation shall be reserved to the husband,
~ William A. Rolle including the right to take the children away from the =
f '
E home and the wife shall not be unpleasant to the husband when he comes `
~ ,
~ to pick up the children. '

~ ~ 3. SUPPORT. Com~encing the 18th day of April, 1975 William -
A. Rolle shall pay to Catherine B. Rolle the sum of $25.OO~each and ~

every week for the support of the children named above at the rate of ;

~ $12.50 per week per child. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of ~
~
~ this Court and by him remitted promptly to Catherine B. Rolle. In

~ addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs
~
~ to be added to each payment made to the CZerk. All payments shall be ,
~ made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are °
~ .
~ ordered to keep the Clerk of~this Court advised of their mailing and

residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
