officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid
to take acknowledgments, personally appeared A. Roger Stotz,

COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Flo rida, as Executor of the Estate
of Frederick C. Mayer, deceased, to me knowri to be the
person described in and who executed the foregoing Executor's
