This Mortgage is given and accepted upon the condition that the
Mortgageeor its assigns, shall in case of default, satisfy the
obligations secured hereby solely by foreclosure and sale of the ~

liable for payment of the Promissory Note, or for any deficiency
~ arising as a result of a foreclosure. Any judgement obtained on
