the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by John G. Strasaer and
Clara J. Strasser, his wife
dated February 20, 1959 , and recorded
in the public ~ecords of St. LuCie Couny, Florida, in Mtg. Book 153 on page
438 , securinc~ the payment of the sum of S3aC hundred fifty dollars 811d IIO/100-----

covering propery in the County of St. LLiC3e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described the~ein, and doth hereby dirett the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
