This cause came on to be heard upon the Stipulation
of counsel for the respective parties hereto. Accordingly,
Final Judgment is entered in favor of defendants, Elliott Valentin,
Main Trucking and Rigging Co., Inc., Willie Frank Chambless,
Hale Indian River Groves and Southern Farm Bureau, and against
plaintiff, Paul E. Boudreau, Jr., as personal representative of
the estate of Edward Boudreau, deceased, and plaintiff shall
take nothing by this action and defendants may go hence
without day. .
