THIS CAUSE coming_on for trial by jury on the 3rd day of April,
1975, the Court having heard testimony and evidence adduced; the Jury,
by and through the Foreman, W. HOWARD COLLINS, after having heard tes t-
imony and evidence, and having heard the charges of the Court and being
fully advised in the premises, after having retired to consider their
verdict, returned to open Court and rendered the following Verdict:
