TNIS CAUSE having come before the Court on plaint3,ff's Motion ~ ;
for Confirmation of Sale and it appearing to the Court that a Summary
Final Judgment of Fore~losure Was entered herein on January 31, 1975,
wherein it was ordered that the real property described in said Summary
Final~Judgment of Foreclosure be sold by the United States Marshal at
public outcry; that on March 20, 1975, the said real property was sold ~

by the United States Marshal in accordance with the aforesafd Summary
Final Judgment of Foreclosure to the highest and best bidder, Wayne E.
b JoAnn Allen for $16,000.00, Which sum has been delivered to the United
f States Marshal; it is therefore

` ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: ~

~ ,Judgment of Foreclosure herein to Wayne E. ~ JoMn Allen is confirmed in ~

~ 2. The United States Marshal shall issue forthwith a Marshal's

Deed for the real property in question to Wayne E. b JoAnn Allen,

2050 S. US ~1, Pt. Pierce, Florida 33450.

~ for the purpose of making such further orders and decrees as this case
