HANCOCK , a single person , hereinafter referred to as "Parties of the First Part" , ~
and SUN BANK OF ST , LUCIF COUNTY ~ a Florida banking corporation with its
principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Party of the Second Part";
WITNESSETI-I:
WHEREAS, the Second Party is the owner and holder of a certain mortgage
securing a promissory note, said mortgage and note being dated October 10, 1973,
and recorded in Official Record Book 221, page 1185, public records of St. Lucie
County , Florida, which said note was in the original amount of ~100, 000. 00,
and said mortgage covering the following described property situated in St. Lucie
County , Florida , to-wit:
PARCEL I:
All of that part of the South 100 feet of the North 200 feet
of the SE} of the SW~ of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying East of the East right of way line of

~9HEREAS, the Parties of the First Part are desirous of modifying the
promissory note secured by said mortgage by extending the maturity dates of
~ the various payments that are due or to be due thereunder and the amount thereof;
