SATISFACTION, REIEASE AND DISCHARG~ OF LIEN

CQmmercial Coolint~ and Heatin~, Inc. , the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the said Commercial Coolin~ and Heatin~, Inc.
hereby releases the property hereinafter described from a
certain lien filed by it on January 7 , 19 75 , in Official
Records Book 235 , Pages 741,742,743 St. Lucie County, Ftorida,
public records, for materials or labor fur~nished to said property, and
Commercial Cooling and Heating, Inc, herby declares said lien fully
satisfied, released and discharged and directs that the said lien be
cancelled of record.
