KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEN'I'S, that Security Federal Savings and I.oan Association of Indian River
County, a corporation under the laws of the United Satet of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
r"artin C. Herndon and Martha S. Herndon, his wife dated June 26 19 73 , and recorded

2817 , securing the payment ot the ium of
