lendinq to the Mortgaqor the sum of money mentioned herein, that if the Mortqagor,
subsequent to the date of this mortgage, conveys, contracts, or attempts to sell
the above-described mortqaged property in any manner whatsoever while said property is
mortgaged to the I~Soztgaqee and without the written consent of the Mortgagee t~en,
and in such event, the whole sun of principal and interest of the debt secured by this {
mortqage shall~ at the option of the Mortqaqee, become im¢nediately due and payable and -
