(9) agreements for purchase of gas, Water, electricity

(10) applications, licenses, pern~its and all other
instruments required by goverrnaental authorities;
(11) bids, at public or private sales, for leases for
oil, gas or other minerals, permits, royalties, mineral
interests, or surface or fee interests (including such
salea by the Federal or any State or local goverrnnent, or
any agency thereof);
(12) bonds and indemnities, subordfnation agreements,
and statutory notices of default or sale under mortgages
or deeds of trust; and
(13) settlements and releases of claims for damages;
and compramises affecting the Company's properties, rights _
or obligations, whether real or personal, and whether or
not they are in litigation.
