MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

WHSREAS, iche undersigned, H. F. HOWE, INC., a Florida cor-
poration, did heretofore execute to THOMAS F. CHRISTMAN and ETHEL
E. CHRISTMAN, a certain mortgage deed dated October 18, 1971,
said mortgage securing an indebtedness of $8,500.00 and being re-
corded on October 18, 1971 in O R Book 196, page 1437 through

1439, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and now, ~
therefore in consideration of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1.00) to us
in hand paid and in order to induce the said THOMAS F. CHRISTMAN
and ETHEL E. CHRISTMAN to consent to said mortgage being modified,
the said H. F. HOWE, INC. agrees as follows: ~,y0,~/_3 ~o~y-p00//
1. That certain mortgage deed and note to THOMAS F. CHRISTMAN
and ETHEL E. CHRISTMAN aforedescribed as being recorded in O R
Book 196, page 1437 through 1439, in that principal sum covered by
said~mortgage was and is in the amount of $8-,500.00, but it is
hereby amended in that it shall bear an interest rate of 9 1/2 per-
cent per annum repayable monthly by total principal and interest
installments of $200.00 per month, the first monthly payment being
due on thel5th day of March, 1975, and a like payment on each suc-
~ ceeding day of each succeeding month until paid in full.

' In all other respects, the said mortgage as being recorded in

~ O R Book 196, page 1437 through 1439, is hereby ratified and con-

p ~ firmed and this Mortgage Modification Agreement shall be considered

$ as though i ere contained in the original mortgage.
