RIGHTS TO STATE OF FLORIDA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by the STATE OF FLORIDA;
by and thcough its component agency, The State of Flotida, Depacttnent of Tnnsportation, to i~cate, con-
struct. maintain and/a improve a portion of State Road 9~ I-'95 ~ , Section 9~001
in, ;i1i~g.. Co~n~~, Florida, in accordance with survey and plsns on file in the office -
o[ the State of Florida, Department of Transportation; and,

WHEREAS, Oa behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the property righb of the State of Florida in and to the portion of the
premises hereinafter desczibed.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNFSSETH: That for and in considerution of the premises and one dollar
and other good and valuable oonsideratlons, paid, receipt of which is hereby ackaowledged, the under-
signed subordinates said encumbrance to the pmp~rty rigbts of the State of Flodda, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve said section of road over. throngh. upon. and/or across the following descxibed
