and the Court having given f~ll consideration to all the evidence, f~nds and
determines: This Court has 3uris diction of the parties and sub3ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife noW exists betWeen the parties
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievab~y broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED and AI)JUDGED as follows: ~
1. The marriage between GENE A. JACKSOR and A,ARY JA~KSON be and ~ ~
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonc3s of matrinony heretofore existing bet~reen them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of DAVID JACIGSON arid. BYRON JACI~ON, minor children of
the parties, is hereby awaxded to MARY JACI~SON Frith reasonable visitation right
reserved to GENE A. JACKSON.

~ Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.

~ Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of thei
