That JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON shall have the child, ;

JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON, JR., on alternate weekends from 9:00 a.m. {

Saturday to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, provided JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON has ;

established a stable and legal home; and that until such time as ;
JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON establishes said home, he shall have the
custody from 9:00 a.rr.. on Saturday to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and -
on al~ernate weekends from 9:00 a.m. on Sunday to 5:00 p.m. on
S un day .
That JOHN JOSEPH ANUERSON shall be entitled to the
care, custody and control of said minor child for a two-week ~
period during the summer vacation period of said child. `

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 14th day of April, 1975,
JOHIv JOSEPH ANDERSON shall pay to JEA.*: MARIE ANDERSON the sum of .
Fifty ($50.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of the
minor• child named above. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

~ there is hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as

~ statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. _Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
~ times ~~hile this Order is in effect.
