4. FROPERTY._ The property settlement agreement as

stipulated in open Court is hereby incorporated herein by ~

reference and ttie parties are ordered to comply with the pro- . ~
visions thereof, to-wit: j

That JEAN MARIE ANDERSON shall be entitled to the ~

residence now owned by the parties as tenants by the entireties,
i
said residence located at 1604 Linwood Avenue, Fort Pierce, ;

Florida, and that JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON shall make all mortgage i
i
payments up to May of 1975, and that the May, 1975, payment and ~
,
all payments thereafter shall be the responsibility of JEAN MARIE ~

ANDERSON~ that JO~iN JOSEPH ANDERSON shall deed the property to he ~
• ~
The said award of the house to JEAN MARIE ANDERSON ~
is canstrued as a lump sum alimony award.
That JEAN MARIE ANDERSON shall be entitled to all

personal property located in said home except fihat which belongs
exclusively to JOHN JOSEPH AiJDERSON, which property he is granted ~

~ the right to remove from the marital premises.

( 5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby :
~ enjoined and restrained from~interferin with harassin or

~ annoying, the other.

~ 6. FEES AND GC~STS. The Court determines the sum of

~ $500.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services

~ herein and JOHN JOSEYH ANDERSON ?s ordered to pay said attorney

~ the sum of $250.00 of said fee. ~

~ 7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
