MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Mortgage Modification Agreement, entered into on this ;
3L~' day of March, 1975, between Sun Bank of Cocoa, N.A., here-
after referred to as "Mortgagee"; and Mary F. Flynn, hereafter
referred to as "Owner"; and S. L. M. Development Corporation, a ~

Florida corporation, hereafter referred to as "S. L. M.". ~
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain mort- `

gage executed by G- C Properties, Inc., in favor of First Merritt ~

Mortgage Corporation, dated March 25, 1974 and recorded in Offi- ~
cial Records Book 225, page 1419, public records of St. Lucie ~

County, ~lorida, encumbering the following described real proper- ~

ty, to-wit : ~5/G?'.~O/-oo/~-D~ID~~o
The unplatted part of Block 2, REVISED MAP OF FORT
PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat there-
of_ as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29, public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT-
ING THEREFROM that part lying easterly of a line more
particularly described in Official Records Book 175, ;
page 2019, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and =
WHEREAS, the aforementioned mortgage was assigned to Mortgagee ~

by Assignment of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 225, ~
page 1422, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Owner has acquired title to the aforedescribed real

~ property by Certificate of Title dated March 3, 1975, in Civil Ac-
S tion Number 74-1124-CA, in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County,

~ Florida; and
~
WHEREAS, S. L. M. is the owner and holder of a certain mortgage, s
presently inferior to the lien of the mortgage owned by Mortgagee, ~
with said S. L. M. mortgage being dated July 31, 1974 and recorded

in Official Records~Book 230, page 1589, public records of St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida, and also encumbering the aforedescribed real pro-

~
~ perty; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee and Owner desire to hereby modify certain of
the terms and provisions of the aforementioned first mortgage held
~t
~ by Mortgagee, and S. L. M. wishes hereby to assure Mortgagee that
~ •
~ the mortgage held by the latter party shall remain in a first lien
~
position.
