IN RE: Starting at the Southeast corner of Lot 14, Block 27 of
PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof filed in Plat
Book 5, at page 24, of the public records of St. Lucie
County;• Florida, and ruri thence Westerly along said South
line 60.75 feet to a point of beginning; thence turn an
interior angle of 73 degrees, 47 minutes and run Northerly
63 feet to a point; thence turn an interior angle of 92
degrees, 34-1/2 minutes and run Westerly 111.47 feet to a
point on the Easterly right-of-way of Mayflower Road; thence
turn and run Southerly along the Easterly right-of-way line
of Mayflower Road 97.66 feet to a point; thence turn and
run Easterly along the South line of said Lot 14, 100
feet to the point of beginninq.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day, personally
appeared MARY ALYNE CARROLL, who upon first being duly sworn, did

depose and say: !
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of Clinton C.
Carroll, who departed this life on July 2, 1972. " ~
2. That she and Clinton C. Carroll were the grantees in that
certain warranty deed of conveyance dated April 18~, 1972, and recorded

in O. R. Book 201 at page 1709 of the public records of St. Lucie ~

County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, Mary

Alyne Carroll was married to the said Clinton C. Carroll, and that ~

said marital relationship continued without interruption until the ~
; death of the said Clinton C. Carroll.
