This cause came on to be heard.~the llth~day of Apri1, 1975 on all
matters pertaining to support, alimony and division of property, which the
Court r~tained jurisdiction over, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor children, ALBERT HOFFMAN, CONNIE i
;
HOFFMAN and ROBERT HOFFMAN, is hereby awarded to the Wife, FLORENCE HOFFMAN, ~
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, ROBEBT HOFFMAN.
2. SUPPORT. Cormiencing the 14th day of April, 1975, the Husband
shall pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00 per week per child for the support
of the c hildren named above.

; Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted j

~ promptly to the Wife, FLORENCE HOFFMAN. In addition, there is hereby assessed
~ the sum of $1.00 as.statutory cosfis to b e added to each payment made to the
~ Clerk. Al1 p~yment shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.

Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect.
~ 3. PROPERTY. The Court finds no basis for an award for special equity

y the State of Florida.

~ 4. ALIMONY. The Wife shall receive the balance of payments due on

~ the Sempronious, New York mortgage which is to cease in October in 1975.
Thereafter, beginni.ng in November, 1975 the Court determines that $20.00

~ per week is a reasonable alimony for the Wife. The alimony payment shall
~ be made in the same manner as the support payments for the minor children of
