miniun property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors, and assigns forever to abide
by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and
the Ninety-Nine Year Lease qgreement; and further agree (s) to pay the Mortgage, if any,
described in the foregoing Deed. Grantee (s) further consent (s) that the tmdivided share
and certain interest in the Condominium property and in the conmon elements appurtenant to
the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share of the caman expenses for
