THIS CAUSE CO~lING ON TO BE HEARD before the Court without
notice•based on a sworn Complaint and the Court being otherwise
fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, FT. PIERCE HELLANIC
ASSOCIATION, INC., PETER C~CHO, GUS MANIS, EVANS COSTOPOULOS,
HARRY G. MACRELLIS, GEORGE AFENTUAL, and GEORGE SIAMAS, are hereby
required to show cause before the Court on the 2~ day of F
~ April, 1975 as to why a temporary injunction shall not issue en-

k joining them from selling, trading, hypothecating or otherwise

E disposing of the property which is the subject matter of this

~ action and, it is,
~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJQDGED that pending further Order of

g this Court that the Defendants, FT. PIERCE HELLANIC ASSOCIATION,-
~ INC., PETER CAMACHO, GUS MANIS, EVANS COSTOPOULOS, HARRY G.

~ MACRELLIS, GEORGE AFENTUAL, and GEORGE SIAMAS, and each of them

y are hereby ordered to cease and desist from selling, trading,
~ hypothecating or otherwise disposing of the property which is the '
~ subject matter of this action pending further Order of this Court.
