The Southerly 160 feet of the NOrtherly 950 feet as measured along
State Road A-1-A of Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 11, and the
Southerly 281.39 feet of the Northerly 950 feet of Government Lot 2,
Section 12 as measured along and lying Westerly of State Road A-1-A;
all in Township 37 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO:
All land in Government Lot 7, Section 11, lying immediately adjacent :
and Westerly of Windmill Villaqe by the sea, Unit II, recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,Florid .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurfenances, unto the said mortgagor
it heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
