pears as grantor in that certain Deed dated April 27, 1964, from CLARICE

C. WATERS to CARLIS MORGAN and PATRICIA B. MORGAN, his wife, recorded in
Official Record Book 87, Page 344, public records of St. Lucie County, ~

Florida; that CLARICE C. WATERS was an unmarried woman on the date she
executed the Deed in favor of Mr. & Mrs. Morgan, on April 27, 1964, as ~

aforesaid. ;
